Will be checking into the Manhattan Club Friday

My wife and I will be checking into the MC Friday for a week 6-15 to 6/22. We have a list of things we are going to do and a list of things we would like to do. I have a few questions.
are all hot dog vendors the same

1. is there good deli with a unique sandwich
2. any place with baked pizza with white sauce
3. a bar that has a good bar burger
4. any show recommendation (we are open to anything plays or musicals we want to see on on Broadway and one off Broadway)
5. are there other discount places for show tickets other then the ticket booths

There are a few famous hot dog places if you want the best dirty water hot dog there is a Truck in queens by St Johns Cemetery thaat has the best IMO. There is another place in Brooklyn called Cliff Dogs that make the crazy topping type. If you want Great Pizza you have to go to Queens or better yet Brooklyn. Deli Carnegie Deli and Bens Deli are the best for Pastrami, Burgers many bars are good.

Sure that would be nice how about Monday? This is Margaret, it would be wonderful. Looking forward to meeting both of you. We have tours booked for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If Monday doesn't work, let us know what day would.. We also have tickets for the Letterman show on Wednesday.

I saw Katz Deli on the Travel Channel last night....Their Corned Beef & Pastrami Sandwich won second place for "Best Northeast Sandwich," in the search for Adam Richman's Best Sandwich in America.

The Roast Pork Sandwich at DiNic's in Phili won 1 st place.

Are we meeting in Queens. Brooklyn or in the City? I recommend Brooklyn or Queens since You guys will be there all week you should try the Boroughs out in fact Have you ever had Fried Pizza?

Anywhere but Brooklyn. Just a major PITA for me to get to. Monday is actually the best day for me the later in the week it gets the crazier my clients get.

Come by me and I will drive, The place I am referring to is off Metropolitan Ave on Lorimer st and Grand st and right off the BQE 2-3 short blocks from the Metropolitan exit and there is plenty of free or metered parking and is easy to get to by train so it should work for a lot of people.

I am surprised that the Stage Deli is on their list. We ate there based on what we had read and found out that it definitely didn't live up to the hype. It certainly wasn't even close to The Carnegie Deli. I talked about it with our concierge at the Michelangelo Hotel ( 51st and 7th Ave. ). He said they have gone down hill a lot and are living off their past reputation.

If you get a chance, I strongly recommend Uncle Jack's Steakhouse on 56th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. Their bone-in Filet Mignon is fabulous and the bone-in Rib Eye is also great.
