He said they have gone down hill a lot and are living off their past reputation.

Years ago when I worked in the garment center, I would eat there. That was a very long time ago, tho, and I haven't been there in years. I think Carnegie & Katz are the way to go. I have eaten recently at Sarge's, since I had a job in that area, and the food was actually very good.

Frank and Thirsty and Lawren, if she can be persuaded to go to Brooklyn? Frank is talking about some restaurant in Brooklyn? Off the BQE? Oh...is he talking about going to Forcella?

Frank, it looks like a nice place and it should be easy to get to for us. I assume we will take the subway.

Isn't that where Manhattan Club is?

Yes and I know there is a stop on Metro and Union which is only a 2 to 3 block walk from there.

If for some reason that doesn't work, here's a 20% off coupon for Circle Line Cruises...

                              edited to add...

BTW, if you were buying The NYC Pass, I think the Circle Line Cruise is now included.

It's a deal Frank. I need to drop something off at my sister's too. Just need to be back up here by 4 at the latest.

I made sure Jim got to Katz's last time he was in. I worked downtown for most of my career and am a big fan. Turns out he likes Carnegie pastrami better because it's fattier. Me I'd kill for a Katz Rueben. It's all a matter of taste.
