No sightseeing cruises but a bike tour of Central Park, walking tour of Manhattan, & going to Ellis Island/Lady Liberty. We also got tickets to Letterman on Wednesday.

We are not really into boat cruises but we are going to do the Gray Line all loops tour for $54 per person.

Have a great time! Would love to join you guys, but I am just way too busy at work to take any time off. As you can tell Frank just loves the food outside of Manhattan. I have to agree with Frank.

I live within walking distance to Uncle Jacks, and Bens Deli in Bayside. There are so many ethnic food choices in Queens alone. The Flushing Chinatown just keeps growing and growing. The choices are just endless.

I do need to need to visit Katz's Deli soon. That place is just immortal!

            Hi Mike,

I know you will have a great time in NYC. CeCe and I sure did.

We were at the Manhattan Club in 2009. We were really enjoyed the Rockefeller Center Tour and the Top of the Rock.

I think the Redeye Grill is across the street from the Manhattan Club, which we also liked.

I also agree on the Rockefeller Center and the Red Eye Grill. We did the Rockefeller Center tour and went to the Top of the Rock which is great for taking pictures of the whole area. I think it is better than the Empire State building and there aren't the long lines.

We have eaten 4 times at the Red Eye Grill and it was good each time though not great like Uncle Jack's.

I prefer the Stage or Carnegie Deli's for chopped liver sandwiches over Katz's (theirs is coarse chopped), but I like Katz's sour pickles best. If you have a chance to wander to Brooklyn, Christina's Polish Restaurant (853 Manhattan Ave.) is a hidden gem. Try the Polish platter or the Hungarian pancake (from what I've heard - I get the platter). On Wed/Sun (I believe) they have white borscht - OMG. Take the G Train to Greenpoint. Hava a kielbasa for me!

I never knew you were in my Area , You ever try La Nona on Bedford ave right between the Cheese store and the Bagel place which BTW IMO makes the best bagels around with some wild flaovors you do not see any where else.

Noon would be good then we should be able to be back to check what theater ticket are available.

We did our first solo subway ride yesterday and we didn't get lost. The big test will be getting to Forcellas and back to Times Square.

                                Mike,

This isn't a hard one for you. From Times Square take N,Q or R Downtown/Brooklyn bound to 14th St and switch to the L to Brooklyn. Will take you to Lorimer. I thin the 57th St and 7th Ave stop would be even easier from TMC N,Q or R.
