Next vacation will be Holly Tree in West Yarmouth Cape Cod. I do not know anything about the Cape.

Any suggestions for breakfast? Lunch? and Dinners? in the West Yarmouth town or nearby?

One daughter is looking at Rachel Ray $40.00 a day restaurants. But it is always GREAT to get Timeshare Travelers opinions from their visits or Timesharers living in the area. There is a kitchenette so we will bring coffee, bread for toast and fruit. Meals will be out and hopefully I will have some luck finding a local deli or not too highly priced food places. West Yarmouth suggestions are my first interest but will accept all suggestions. At this time there are zero plans for restauants or places of interest. There is a chance that I may be there a few days without anyone which will be peaceful-I can read some books. Possibly one daughter a couple days then the end of the week another daughter may visit.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Depending on what you like to eat Jerry's Seafood, 654 Main St, West Yarmouth (looks like a real dive) has good Greek food and lobster rolls. It is located on the same road as The Holly Tree. Hearth and Kettle( also on Rte 28) has a very good breakfast menu as does Percy's Place (247 Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601.)

Evening meals go to Hyannis at Alberto's on Main Street, The British Beer Co also on Main St, or The Black Cat on Ocean St. There's also Spanky's Clam Shack on the waterfront at the harbor, Fresh Ketch on Main St.

For more specific info PM me. I've lived and worked here for almost 25 years.

Clancy's- there was one on the same street as Holly Tree towards Hyannis---best fish and chips I've ever had. There are 2 more in Dennis equally as good. I think we have done about everything on the cape, but will be watching replies for something we missed as we are heading there this fall.

From where you are staying take the shore line and Drive to P Town. It will take over 3 hours but you will see some great views and some nice shops. Not sure but if the Drive in is still open you can hit that on your return

Places I been to with good seafoods from locals recommendations
          1) Arnold's in Eastham- excellent with lobster, lobster roll, crab cake, fried clams, etc.
          2) Black Cat in Hyannis - waterfront with tavern having more atmosphere but raw bar and shack also open next door. Won award for best chowder but a bit too much cream.
          3) Spanky's Clam Shack in Hyannis- good fried seafood. really like the softshell crab sandwhich.

          Dining with a view
Beachcombers in Wellfleet on the beach. Food was okay but they do take some shortcuts. The view cannot be beat. There were some whales beaching Friday night. Parking is free after 5pm.

Inexpensive - deal if you are trying to keep costs down.
          1) Mayflower in PTwon - 1 lobster dinner for $14.99 with chowder and garden salad might be the lowest price for lobster I seen. Double lobster at $26 is about same as some for single lobster. Lunch special of cup of chowder, fish sandwich and soda for $9.

Recommendations that I had not beenn able to try
          1) Friendly Fisherman in Eastham or wellfleet
          2) Moby Dick's in Wellfleet
          3) Kream N Cone in W. Dennis
          4) Captain Parker for chowder in Yarmouth

Keep an eye out when in the water for great white sharks. The sightings there have increased do to the seal population increase. There was a close shark attack on the news yesterday
