I don't see the partial view seats on BroadwayBox.com... I can tell you that the balcony there is at a pretty sharp angle, you will be looking down, probably can't see the top part of the stage. I wouldn't buy them unless better seats are financially difficult to manage.
There are some far-to-the-side orchestra seats that are also partial view. You can play with the code to check seats at www.broadwayoffers.com. I randomly selected a date and came up with row E (fifth row), seats 16 and 18. I would take those over the balcony or rear mezzanine seats, but you will miss some action along the side you are sitting on. Not a lot takes place there, there are just a few spots where actors are on the side...
