Had a great time, BTW I hit Napoli Bakery bought bread then bought tomatoes and prosciutto and made sandwichs with olive oil high end balsmic and added in roasted peppers that my wife made the day before with that mozzarella. BTW did you get to try the Mozzarella?
It was not greasy at all, surprisingly. It was fluffy and not filling at all. That Mozza cheese was very good. I'm glad you convinced me to buy some!
