  • Marriott Manor Club, status of refurb?

Does anyone know if all the units in the 'original' building have been refurbished? I'm also wondering how far from the original side to the bigger pool on Sequel side. The TUG revies have both sides lumped together, so I'm having trouble choosing b/t the two, but I have the 'original' side on hold since I think the dates may work better for me.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    tia,
    Avery

You may want to ask KenK - he has stayed at Marriott Manor Club

The original MC side is made up of all two (2) bedroom *non lock outs
I believe the buildings are all brick exterior - Really neat Fireplace
We seen a building/unit that was near the check in entrance back in
November 2002 - the furnishings were lovely - nice screened in porch

You can walk over to Marriott Sequel (they are a short walk from lobby)
The Sequel units are in a Hotel/Motel/Condo style with long interior halls
We seen the interior of a sequel lock out also - they were nice too

If we were to pick from the two - We would select The Original Side

      Manor Club.

Hi Avery,We stayed at Marriott's Manor Club Sequel, after, leaving NYC.Very upmarket,as have been all the Marriott's we have stayed at.Sequal is very nice, pool is close, but the Admin, store, and meeting rooms are across the car park, and across the quiet resort road. They have WI FI,so you can use your laptop in your unit,if your laptop is not wifi ,but has lan connections you can get an adaptor from the office. Please book for a night at A Chef's Kitchen, the best night . Thanks

          chef's kitchen.

Avery, A Chef's Kitchen,is a restaurant with a difference. They only have 24 people each night, seated at bench tables,8 people to a table,3 tiers of tables. Then the two chefs,John and Steve, take you through a four course meal, preparation, cooking, serving, shopping, the lot, then you eat the course, with a choosen wine, young ones, get another drink. As there are only 24 people, they can pre prepare the courses and so everything runs like clockwork. The two guys are very knowledgable, and are great showmen. We had our 15 yr old grandaughter with us,and everyone had the best night.

          contactus@achefskitchen.biz Phone 757 564 8500 .John and Wanda Gonzales.But you must book.Enjoy
