Blue & White Week Specials
Oceancliff I & II is offering Blue & White weeks with No Purchase price.
This means you can obtain a week at the resort In consideration of two or three years prepaid maintenance fees. The prepaid Maintenance fee will be applied to your annual operating assessment. Once becoming an owner at the resort, you will have use of the property which includes outdoor tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool.
The weeks available through this program fall in the months of
January, February, March, April, October, November, and late December.
The following is the Blue week ONE year assessment amount for each unit type.
1 Bedroom = $565.00
2 Bedroom = $605.00
The following is the White week TWO year assessment amount for each unit type.
1 Bedroom = $1,130.00
2 Bedroom = $1,210.00
"RED" weeks are also available starting at $2,500.00
These weeks include, April, May, June, July, August, September, & October.
