anyone familiar with Dover Watch at Mt Snow?

We were planning on going to Killington (1 bedroom at Killington Townhouses), but I just found a 2 bedroom at Dover Watch at Mt Snow for next New Year's on II...

The only review I can find is from 2000. Has anyone been there? Are the units ok? All I need is a reasonably comfortable bed and a place that isn't dirty, moldy, or otherwise gross

Well, the time to cancel has come and gone, so I guess I'm keeping it. Still can't find out a thing about the place, so should be interesting...
