Riverbay at 700 Willis Ave in Williston park has a great Sunday Brunch. $22.50 PP all you can eat and 1 alcoholic drink included. They had everything you can think of and the Cheese Blintzes were awesome. Make your reservations and get there early. 516 742 9191
BTW It is very crowded.

This isn't far from me. It is always crowded, though we have never tried the brunch. Sounds like a good deal.
