Snowing right now and beginning to stick in a slushy format. I heard somewhere a prediction of up to 7 inches.

        Snow in CT... gee, sorry.
I'm in Central NJ and it is raining. Nothing even storm-like yet.

Just dismal, heavy rain here in the lower hudson valley.

No winds and I hope it stays that way.

My poor family in Maine cannot catch a break this April...Mom is talking about pulling out the fake Christmas tree, since it feels like the season...Hunker down, my friends, and stay safe and warm.

Long Island is just getting rain, at the moment, no heavy winds. They keep saying that we are going to get hit pretty hard, so I have my fingers crossed.

The latest weather reports here on wind direction indicate that maybe we will dodge the bullet on beach erosion in eastern NC. There is, however, a tornado watch in effect.

Rain pretty much turned the snow to slush and very little of it left, now it's snowing again.

Just rain in northern NJ, across the river from NYC.

Heard something funny on the radio this morning. The DJ was saying, "When there's a storm coming, why does everyone go to the store and buy bread, milk, and eggs? My wife says, what, if there's a storm we're going to survive by eating nothing but French toast?"

At this rate, I won't be able to get my lawn and gardening done until June!

French Toast....Yummy!!!! Thanks, since we fall into the category of the bread, milk & eggs, buyers, I think I'll go make some.

Snow predicted in Tennessee today. Torrential rains yesterday that pretty well ruined the biggest weekend of the Dogwood Arts Festival, Knoxville's big Spring event. DH was scheduled to perform at an outdoor concert, but they were rained out. Thunderstorms most of the day at home.

Well, blueberry muffins are made, coffee's on. I have a gas stove if the power goes out! I was thinking of taking a ride down by the beach to see the high tides. Thought it would be cool. I remember back several years ago with a noreaster, the emergency sirens sounding because of the high tides. That is the only time I have ever heard them being used.
