Snowing right now and beginning to stick in a slushy format. I heard somewhere a prediction of up to 7 inches.

Long Island is just getting rain, at the moment, no heavy winds. They keep saying that we are going to get hit pretty hard, so I have my fingers crossed.Angela
If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Just rain in northern NJ, across the river from NYC.
Heard something funny on the radio this morning. The DJ was saying, "When there's a storm coming, why does everyone go to the store and buy bread, milk, and eggs? My wife says, what, if there's a storm we're going to survive by eating nothing but French toast?"

Well, blueberry muffins are made, coffee's on. I have a gas stove if the power goes out! I was thinking of taking a ride down by the beach to see the high tides. Thought it would be cool. I remember back several years ago with a noreaster, the emergency sirens sounding because of the high tides. That is the only time I have ever heard them being used.Ann-Marie
