Has anything happened to Beachside Village, MA

I have a reservation at Beachside Village in Falmouth, MA for June 15 - less than 2 weeks from now. The resort telephone number has been a 'fast busy' for several days now. Just called the Falmouth police and they haven't heard of any fires or anything that damaged a resort.

I'm not sure how or what to do next. I did get the number for Falmouth Town Hall from the police dispatcher and will call tomorrow.

All suggestions (except driving up to MA this weekend) are welcome - please let me know what you would do next. If you've stayed at Beachside Village, what has been your experience as far as phone availability?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Did you try the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce or the Cape Cod Department of Tourism? From the tripadvisor reviews, it looks like Beachside is not great about face time--three reviews and two of them mention that they never saw anyone in the office, even when they checked in. Good luck!

What number do you have ? This is the one I found, Beachside Village 342 Gifford Street (508) 548-3975 Falmouth , but did not try it due to this early time.

I think calling the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce is a good idea.

The resort has a bad telephone line which frequently (in bad weather) doesn't work. With some digging, I was given the following numbers (phone and fax) which both work !!

Phone: 508 548-4581 Fax: 508 548-4578

The young woman at the front desk verified the cranky phone line story and said that she was waiting for the phone company to fix the line (again). But the numbers above are very reliable.
