Am looking for a friend, I'm curious about the unit quality and proximity to the beach of Harbor Hill, or if anyone could recommend other nice timeshares in P-town. No need to comment on the clientele Another one I see often is the Sandcastle resort. Any other ideas would be appreciated. thanks.

We'll be on Cape Cod week 30. Anything you want me to check out for you? We will probably go to Provincetown one day at least. It comes under the heading of what my mother used to call "a liberal education" for the kids.
I remember going there with my parents and sister in the 1970s and Mom shoving me and my sister into stores at odd moments. Of course my sister and I were enchanted by the whole exotic experience. And I think my parents were pleased by the worldliness of Provincetown, too--they had grown up in NYC, but we had just moved back to NJ from Missouri, which they loathed.

As to clientèle, I'm assuming we won't be unwelcome or out of place there or in town - - is that so?
I live on Cape Cod, have for the past 20 years. You will not be unwelcome...it is a world tourist destinatiin. With children in their early double digit years there could be some explaining, but my son at age 12 was fine.
There are wonderful restaurants and cafes. I've never had a "bad" meal there. We like lunch at the Posto Office Cafe and also Burger Queen...use your imagination. Dinner at Chester's or Napi's and breakfast at Cache or Betsy's. There's bakeries, ice cream shops and candy stores scattered throughout the town.
You must go to Race Point Beach and also the Pilgrim monument. There are many galleries and depending on when you will be there I can let you know who has showings. There's also community theatre...again depending on dates.
If you need or want any specific info please PM me. I'm on line most of the day at work and will answer quickly.
Sandcastle is not a fancy resort. Do you have you unit assignment? Many do not have A/C nor do they have a view. If you give me the unit number I can tell you exactly where you will be located. I own there.
