When do the children's camps, etc close down for the summer? Do they run through Labor Day?

last day for smuggs summer programming...

....is monday 3rd September.
Thats labor day right? (being from the UK i'm not very familiar with US holiday dates).
on Tue 4th Smuggs starts on 'autumnfest' programming.
