I saw an ebay listing for a labour day fixed week at this resort. The maintenance fees are under $400.00

What can you tell me about this resort.

I wouldn't board my dog there; just moho. I live on Cape Cod and this "resort" is located near Midas Muffler, next to a self storage place and a gas station. The motorcycle rental agency (Highway Pegs) is tight up the street about 2 blocks. I've rarely ever even seen cars parked there. It looks like a converted motel...sort of a u shaped building with perimeter parking. The center of the U is grassy. I don;t think there is even a pool.

While I didn't see the inside, when my wife and I drove by this "resort" we thought it looked more like a prison and couldn't believe it was actually an operating resort that an exchange company would allow exchanges into.
