      Snow in Boston area too

We've already had snow on the ground for a week or more. More winter precipitation tomorrow night and even more over the weekend. Quite different from last year. So far it looks like it's going to be a white Christmas.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Several of our weathermen (and one woman) have gleefully stated, for over a week, "and perhaps there will be some snow flurries in Anthem." So far, though, no dice, although it was 30ยบ at about 7 AM. Our high today was only 39, which is about 9 degrees below normal they say.

I'll let y'all know if we get snow this year. We're over 1,000 feet above the valley floor, at 3200 feet so it is quite possible. Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort, on Mt. Charleston, has been open for several weeks already. They have an 18" packed base, and fresh snow today. They are at 12000 feet.

"Can I go swimming in Vegas in December?" the tourist doth ask...
