Gurney's new policy

Gurney's has now announced that they will require maintenance fees to be paid in advance of any deposit made to RCI. They will not allow you to deposit your 2009 unit, unless you pay an estimated maintenance fee first.

This may cut down on the number of deposits one finds in the two year window. So it could be harder to find a Gurney's week in RCI.

I can't see them, alas. But, Katie, can I ask you--you know how they used to have a list of resales available on the Gurney's site? They don't have that anymore? I used to like to go over and dream.

No, you can see those resales easily, just click on the left side bar where it says timeshare resales after you get into the Gurney's Inn Resort, Spa and Conference Center site.
