Is this near Sugarbush? Blue = Mud for ski areas. I wouldn't buy it to trade unless it's super cheap and you just want a utility week to pick up last minute things or Orlando type trades. Even fall weeks, during which there is at least the hope of fall color some weeks, are available in abundance..

Thanks. It's actually a freebie, just pay current year MF and closing. From what I've seen so far, though, it seems like even for free it's not worth having.
