Where to buy on Cape Cod.......

    Don't know a lot but as it is close to one I own I've driven by and looked at it.

    It is probably one of the largest TS with number of units on the Cape. Well situated "Mid Cape", located on the main drag Rte 28? Would think it would be somewhat noisy, but located set back from the road so unit location may determine that. Looks well maintained from a drive by, managed by VRI.

    Lacks a full kitchen, as do many on the Cape. Both 1 and 2 BR units.

    Most of the above facts readily available though, did you have something specific in mind.? The availability likely is just a function of the number of units.

      I drove into the property a few weeks ago - it looks very nice - well kept, has a nice indoor pool.
      Purpose built as opposed to a motel conversion.

      Not on the water.
