I do not understand your term "reverse sticket shock"? Are you stating that we are asking too much or too little? The timeshare resort personnel informed us that the timeshare is worth over 20k. Now that we have a newborn, we are no longer traveling and are not able to use the timeshare.

Oh I don't know about that. It is a very nice property, beachfront and a 2BDRM which is hard to get on the cape.

Assuming you can get prime summer weeks it is probably worth between $3.5 to $4k.

Yes, Lawren is probably right. You can check the completed listings section on Ebay to see if any units have sold there or any other similar units on Cape Cod. This should give you a more realistic idea of what you should be able to get.

That would be a good thing to put in your ad. It makes a big, big difference on the Cape.

The timeshare is on week nine with floating weeks from Jan - March and Oct - Dec. Really eager to sell this timeshare no less than 4K. Anyone interested????
