Its neighter, Penthouse Suite has No Studio or one bathroom,

The sales team Has Along waite list for penthouse suites from prospective buyers, so its hard to past ROFR, I have been on that list now for 4 plus years, When they do get one its like you have to bid

I check this guy out the 1st day posted I think he is trying a fast Scam
