    Designer's Showcase.....To Benefit Mill Neck Manor School For The Deaf

    I will be participating in the Mill Neck Manor School For The Deaf Showcase.....40 Frost Mill Road, Mill Neck, L.I.

    It's going to be a great showcase with many top designer's participating, and it's for a very good cause. If anyone is interested in designer showcases, it's running from April 26 - June 15...08

    This sounds so exciting! I'd love to go. I love these sorts of things.
    I grew up on Long Island, but I have no idea where Mill Neck is . Is it on the north shore?

      Yes, it's on the North Shore between Bayvill, and Lattingtown.

      Directions.............

      LIE to exit 41N (Rte 107)
      Take 107 North to Rte 25A (Northern Blvd)
      Turn right (east) on 25A to Wolver Hollow Rd. (at Police Booth)
      Left onto Wolver Hollow Rd....to end
      Turn right onto Chicken Valley Rd to Blinking yellow light
      Turn right onto Oyster Bay Rd.
      Make first left onto Frost Mill Rd.
      Mill Neck Manor is on the right, after passing under railroad overpass.
      Make right and follow signs to parking.


      You can also Map Quest the address.......

      40 Frost Mill Road
      Mill Neck, NY

        What are the hours? Do you have to buy a ticket in advance? Is there a minimum age to go through? I'm thinking of stopping by on my way out to Southampton and my girls would love to go through, but I know some of these don't allow children under a certain age.

          Arlene...The hours are Tues - Fri, 10:30 AM - 4 PM

          Sat & Sun 11:30 AM - 5 PM

          You don't need to purchase tickets in advance, but I don't know about the kids. Also, I'm not positive what the cost of the tickets are. I'll find out today, and let you know.

                  Arlene....No kids under 3 allowed........Half price for kids under 16 ($15), $20 for 16- 20, and the regular admission ticket is $30.

                  It's not inexpensive, but it is for a very good cause.
