Hillcrest is one of the first Timeshare Resorts in the state of Maine. It has been sold out since 1986, but has a number of weeks for resale. There are 11 possible units to own a week vacation in. The one-bedroom, sleep-4 units have privacy for 4. An off-season week can be purchased for as low as $650. Seasonal red weeks have a median price range of $7,000. Of the 11 timeshare apartments, there are 3 sleep-6 units with privacy for 4-6 people, offered at quite a range of prices. As re-sale these weeks are subjected to offers.

I am letting this go despite the fact that it sounds great, as I have conflicting plans and my travel buddies don't want to switch or split the week. The unit is their "showcase" unit, recently refurbished. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4-6. July 5th checkin. Will be releasing this afternoon.Comment
