I am doing due diligence on this resort, getting ready to buy a Week 32, 1 bed/2 bath unit. Strictly for trading. Mediocre reviews of the resort don't bother me - it doesn't seem like a total hole in the wall and that's good enough for me.
What I am looking for is any info on potential Special Assessments, management and/or owner issues, etc. that may make this deal not the great deal I am hoping for.
