Holy Moly, did my area get hit hard. My area also wound up having a tornado watch, along with a major deluge. The entire area is flooded. It's still raining, and I doubt we've seen the last of these storms, for the night.....Of course I lost electricity for over 2 1/2 hrs. It just came back on, and I'm praying that we don't loose it again.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

FYI - I am further east then the lovely Angela and so far we have just had a lightening show - still no rain but I heard Nassau County and western Suffolk are hard hit.

Here is upstate NY we have been getting the same thing but the afternoon rains are downpours most of the time, more so than I have ever noticed before. Unfortunately they do little for just watering things in like a long steady rain would. They have caused lots of problems with flooding, etc. And most of the plantings (flowers and home gardens) have been getting devistated by too much water too fast. But the morning and evenings have been beautiful.
