You saw that too! I liked the comment "This is the best investment you will ever make". I haven't been there (the resort not the area), but I have heard about it and I think there are about 3 weeks for sale right now on EBAY- makes you wonder if there is a problem. I'll make some inquiries and see if anything is going on to persuade owners to sell.
