Has any members been there Recently? I will be there in 2 days and was wondering what to expect. I had heard a few years ago that the rooms needed to be redone but I think the place has been revamped since then. Place looks very nice from the web site.

We almost went there a year and half ago, but things had to be changed...so we missed it. But the location looks great.

Tripadvisor has some Feb reviews that says the rooms are a bit shabby...but the location is great.

I hear that the 1 BR that has the loft is a bit more enjoyable....do you have one of those?

Won't really matter if the rooms are a bit run-down, if the weather is good and the restaurants are good, how much time will you be in the room?

So far Friday night to Monday but if they should lose my wifes School because of the Flu then I can maybe get 1 more day in.

I always thought this'd be a great resort for someone who could use the day privileges, especially in summer. Though I wonder how crowded it gets in prime summer as a result.

Resort is great! all redone and IMO it is worty of a 5 star rating, Restaurant food/service tops and there wines are selling at whole sale, Opus $156 High end Brunello $78

This is on my "list" for places to go in the future. Would it still be a nice vacation during off season? Besides good food and drink, are there any places of interest to visit nearby?

Casinos are near by as are museums and you have Tanger Outlets 5 minutes away then you have the Clinton outlets 5 minutes past Tanger. Mystic is about 15 minutes away. In the winter you have the indoor pool and Spa, They had a live 2 man band/DJ playing over this weekend but I am not sure if they have it off season.
