  • Thursday Lunch?

As most of you know Jim (Bocabum99) is in town. Frank and I are meeting him Thursday for lunch at Barosa's on Woodhaven in Middle Village, Queens, NY.

I know a lot of us hold 9 to 5 positions but some of us are virtual and some of are retired and some of us rotate shifts.

If anyone can make it let me know!
    Lawren

Depending on the time, I might be able to make it.

The area was up in the air. Jim wanted Italian, Your not beating Queens for that. IMO Manhattan is not where the best food is. Queens and Brooklyn is hard to beat. I would have picked Chart House in NJ if he wanted the best view of the city. Uncle Jacks for Steaks in Bayside or Manhattan, Astoria for Greek.

                  Most definitely, Astoria for Greek!

Enjoy the get-together with each other as they are really nice. I hope the Italian food is good too but Lawren and Frank should know the best choices in and around Manhattan.

I *could* drive down if I left at 6am, but...not likely. JetBlue's not quite *that* cheap, either. Enjoy lunch!

Glad to hear that you guys are having a get-together. Unfortunately, I wont be able to join you.

Lots going on over here, and I am still not able to drive with my injured toe/foot.

Sorry that I will miss you this time around Jim, but am happy that you'll get to meet up with the others. Have a great time, everyone!
