Anyone been to Smuggler's Cove in Newport, OR?

This is the only ts in Newport I would stay at based on location. Being able to walk to restaurants is a big plus for us and this is close to half a dozen places to eat, drink and be merry. I found a 4th of July week for next year today in RCI and put it on hold. The only review I can find anywhere is on RCI and it says small and comfy. I can live with that. Does anyone have any experience staying here to share?

I probably shoulda at least called RCI to see if there was a unit assigned. Too late now.
