Landlord succeeds in evicting Mulligans over disputed fees - The Park Record
I'll try to sum up the article, but it appears that corporate responsibility in our country is a true laughingstock...
Mulligans Irish Pub is being evicted from it's location on Main Street, by NNN Summit Watch for unpaid CAM fees..
NNN Summit Watch is currently being sued by the owners association of Marriott Summit Watch, as being delinquent on $272,500 in rent (as of Sept. 11, 2009).
Anyone want to bet on who will end up actually paying the bill?
