Would skiers be interested in a week 49 exchange in Colorado?

I'm looking into purchasing a week in Colorado, but it's a week 49. My experiences with skiers is that they take their ski vacations after the holidays. How much interest would there be for exchange or rental for this week?

In 2006 the school district here goes to December 22. My son on a college quarter system goes to December 9th. My daughter on a college semester system will go to December 16th.

If people are taking there kids they would not pick this week snow or no snow. They have to wait until kids are out of school. Thats why after Christmas is so much more popular.

As Short said, holiday with the kids can be important. Kids in college, will be out for week 49, but younger kids will not be. So will it be a great trader, no. It may trade OK, since college kids should be out of school.
