II resort in Park City

I'm looking for a recommendation for a great place in Park City to trade to. We are owners at very nice upscale TS in Breck and would like to trade into similar quality...premium of course. Most important ammenities to me are:
Cozy nicely decorated rooms
resort shuttle
spacious outdoor hot tubs

The more upscale resorts at the mountains don't have shuttles that I'm aware of but there are taxis and a very good bus system. Marriott Mountainside is slopeside at Park City and has nice outdoor hot tubs. Westgate at the Canyons is nice with an indoor/outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub. Grand Summit at the Canyons is also nice, not sure what the hot tub sitch is there but it should be good. Raintree/Miner's Club is also nice, a chair lift away from the main Gondola at the Canyons (that may not be an II resort, not sure). You might also consider Marriott Summit Watch - it's right in town so you shouldn't need a shuttle - it's right near the central bus depot and across the street from Town Lift.

Park Plaza is worth checking out - no outdoor hot tub, but they do have a resort shuttle that goes to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley, and anywhere in town on demand. A smaller resort with very comfortable units and great service.
