Grand Summit makes AAA 4-diamond list again

The American Automobile Association has named more than two dozen Utah hotels and restaurants as 2007 Four Diamond Award winners. Evaluations are based on service, surroundings and amenities, and diamonds are awarded on professional evaluations of more than 60,000 establishments in Canada, Mexico, all 50 states and the Caribbean. Only 3.4 percent of rated lodgings and 2.7 percent of restaurants received the Four Diamond rating.
Utah restaurants are Simons at The Homestead Resort and the Blue Boar Restaurant in Midway, the Goldener Hirsch Restaurant and The Glitretind in Park City, The Tree Room at Sundance, and Log Haven, La Caille and the Metropolitan in Salt Lake City.
Lodgings on the list are the Homestead, Blue Boar Inn, Johnson Mill Bed and Breakfast and Invited Inn in Midway; the Sunflower Luxury Inn, Sorrel River Ranch Resort and Spa and Red Cliffs Adventure Lodge in Moab; the Silver King Hotel, Grand Summit Resort Hotel and Hotel Park City in Park City; the Coyote Inn at Green Valley Resort and Spa in St. George; the Skyridge Inn Bed and Breakfast in Torrey; and in Salt Lake the Little America Hotel, Salt Lake City Marriott Downtown, Hilton Salt Lake City Center, Hotel Monaco and Salt Lake City Marriott City Center.
