By no means should I ever be allowed on ski's but the kids are wanting to learn so I booked Massanutten for 2007 and am looking forward to 2008. I have found available units in all 3 of the above locations and am wondering which would be best for second ski trip. (I am thinking easier runs would probably be best). Any suggestions?

We haven't done Tahoe yet, but are going the first week in April. There are some smaller mountains there that might be good for you.
Which places do you have on hold? Maybe that will help...

Heavenly should be a good mountain, it is one of the largest in Tahoe. I don't know about ski conditions in South Tahoe that time of year, but you should be able to do some research.
Park Regency is a basic resort in Park City, located about 1 mile from Park City Mountain Resort. Both Deer Valley and the Canyons are within just a few minutes' drive. There are no casinos in Park City, but there is a pretty little town with nice shops and restaurants.
As beginners, I would recommend ski school or private groups/instructors whether at Heavenly or Park City, these are not 'hills...'
If it were up to me, I'd take Park City just because I don't think you can go wrong, and generally space there is harder to come by than in Tahoe the time of year you are going.

Park City advantages
Best advantages to Park City are great ski instructors and ski schools for kids and the town is historic, interesting and stimulating with something for everyone in the family. Easy 35 miles from Salt Lake City airport. Great spring snow.
Both sister resorts Park Plaza and Regency have private on-call shuttle service that works wonderfully all over Park City. Door to door service to all restaurants and the super markets, etc. You need the PC transit to ski at Canyons.
The Regency is totally a plain vanilla place situated in a retail/restaurant area, but with the perk of the private van it's hard to turn it down. It's 1 block to a variety of good family eats across the street including Einstein Bagels.
It would be far nicer to be in the Park Plaza than the Regency. Nicer indoor pool, more spacious rooms overall. I would try to hold out for the Park Plaza. There's a reason the Regency came up so easily.
We know Park City very well, owning there for 20 years, so if you need further info you can send PM or post here.
