I am considering buying a 1 BR TS unit an Swan Mountain RCI 1225. We have exchanged into the resort several times and like the area well. My question is directed to owners. What is your experience in getting management to improve the units, maintenance, house keeping etc. My big concern is that the exterior siding needs replacing, it had a sloppy paint job about 3 years ago, they didn't bother to scrape old paint or caulk the cracks and holes in the wood siding. Have there been special assessments in the past and what do reserves look like? MF for a 1BR are $496 per year.
