Park Plaza (Park City) HOA meeting

I am going to try to attend this meeting on 2/24. We are flying out later in the day but I hope to make it.

If there is anything you would like me to ask, or communicate to the board, please let me know.

This will be my first HOA meeting, any tips? The resort is already dual affiliated

turns out the HOA meeting is at 3 pm on Saturday. Of course I can't go since I will be in transit, as will most other owners I would bet.

I am NOT happy about an annual HOA meeting scheduled at a time that can only be intended to avoid attendance by owners...
