Has anyone stayed at this resort
What are the "differences" between the 3 & 4 Bedrooms
that Sleeps 8-9-10-11 Are they dedicated or lock-outs
Are they condo style all on one floor or two story units

Is this a newer resort or something with a higher RCI#
From the website - 4 Bedrooms can cost almost $1500
a night during the Holiday Season.. Very Expensive!

Marti, I will try to check it out this week. It will be hard to find time with all my spa appointments, but I will do my best

I am familiar with the location, but not the units themselves..

      I went, I looked, I want

DH and I went over and took a quick look (no 90 minutes for a couple of lift tickets, tyvm).

It is at the bottom of Canyon Resort Road, and will be ski/in/out in about two years when they build the gondola that will take guests up to the main Gondola at the Grand Summit.

Only one building is completed of three that are planned. Construction estimated to go on for at least 18 months, I would bet it'll be 2 or 3 years.

I can't answer Marti's question about unit differences, because there are 26 different unit layouts... we looked at a 2 bedroom and a 4 bedroom with loft.
In how many languages can you say gorgeous? The Marriott Mountainside now seems so... 2 star....

The kitchens and baths are beautiful. The 2 bedroom had twin beds in one and a king in the other. The 4 bedroom we saw had three down (one w/2 twins, one queen, one king) and a loft and separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There was a separate exit upstairs but the upstairs was not a lockout. There is a cozy (for now) restaurant on site, and guests are shuttled up to the gondola for the time being (and to town, etc.). I forgot to count the bathrooms, but there is no shortage. The only things lacking imho were: no steam showers, and no hot tubs on the decks.

I asked about pricing, but there were no price sheets available. I guess "if you have to ask..."

We looked at this property and is is very nice except the location. It is NOT ski-in or ski-out and is not within walking distance of anything. In several years, it MAY have a ski lift...but I have been hearing abotu that for 3 years.

If this was at the base of the Canyons...it would be the BEST.

I have never been to Park City - is this far from 'town'?
What would you do in the summer/late June?

Glitter just told me the same thing......I have until tonight to cancel - I will research the area today and decide if there is enough for us to do.
              Thanks!

What kinds of things would you be interested in? I know lots about the area and surroundings.

However, if the girls national slow pitch tournaments are there at the same time in June as they have for the past few years, you'll want to know where the locals go for good eats, etc.

It strikes me that the tourists are all heading to the very same places..........so you'll want some insider scoops. Must be a coupon book thing.
