Clear Creek is a great one. I remember the first time I saw it coming through White Pass.
The most spectacular view I've seen (only in photos, though) is mid-October early in the morning, just after the sun comes up. The falls catch the eastern sunlight coming over the horizon. The larches have turned gold, and a catch the rose colors still present in the early sunrise light, and they are set off against the intense dark green of the firs, hemlocks, and spruce.
You get the brilliant white of the falls and shimmering gold of the larch standing against a backdrop of dark green trees and gray/black rock with a bright blue sky.
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”
“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”
