Hey, Spence. You knew I would notice a post about Colorado!

RCI thinks these units only have 2 bedrooms, but what does RCI know? Perhaps they have a separate 3rd bedroom but RCI only considers it a loft or something. Val Chatelle are actually 3 bedrooms, but the third bedroom is in an open loft area, though you cannot see anyone up there without going up the circular, wrought-iron staircase all the way to the top.

The resort has a Hospitality rating and would probably trade fairly well. Never any guarantees with RCI.

Anyway, Mesa is a nice area for summer. I am amazed at the bargains on eBay lately. I haven't bought anything for months. A seller recently reneged on a deal for a Paniolo Greens I bid on because he wanted to use it again this next year. I told him we wanted 2008 usage. Timeshare Transfer sent back our check when I asked them for it, several months after the guy notified me that he already reserved his vacation for next summer. I am pretty burned out on eBay lately. Individual sellers are oblivious and think they can use something they promised in the sale.

Yes, I knew you'd be by, and for the record, check it out, 4th of July shares Wk26 and Wk27 equally.

Week 27 is usually the week after July 4th and is occasionally July 4th week

We covered all bases with the Foxrun. We own 26, 27 and 28 (and 52).

The eBay seller should change the listing to a two bedroom on that one because really, if someone bought it for PIC with Fairfield, that would not be a happy buyer.
