With the high fees most resorts in that region require- I was pleasantly surprised to see a relatively low number reported. (Although, there may have been many more intervals where the HOA or developer allowed a deed in lieu process to avoid foreclosure costs).
Sounds like good news for interval owners of Vail resorts, since the cost of these vacant ownerships and the foreclosures will most likely be spread among the remaining owners via the HOA budgets.
