It just gets worse and worse, now SPRINGSTEEN is headlining second weekend. If we go, that's the weekend it'll have to be, and I can't imagine how awful the crowd is going to be. I may stay home. Or spend the day in the Quarter on Saturday.

Anyhoo, here's the lineup. I really wish we could do first weekend

Yep, he'll bring huge crowds first weekend, too, but at least they will be mellower. Though Vampire Weekend will make up for it. Overall, it's just getting way too popular

I went to JazzFest in 2012 when Springsteen appeared and also went last year. It was a lot less crowded last year. (In fact, the reason I went in 2012 was to see the Boss.)

Carolinian just posted a week starting 4/25 (first weekend) at Hotel Eau de Vivre, online at DAE. Also available as a bonus week for $499. We've decided to skip this year entirely though

Well I just went for Mardi Gras and trust me there were tons of people there.
