Free TS week, South Shore Lake Resort, AR
If anyone is looking for a free timeshare week, South Shore Lake Resort in Hot Springs, Ark. has foreclosure weeks that they are giving away for paying 2006 maintenance fees.
I spoke with Sandra Cooper, 800-525-8688, x 11, with Koch Mangement today.
South Shore Lake Resorts has three 1 BR foreclosure weeks available: 2 in December and 1 in January. MF's are $270 a year. Sandra said there had been a special assessment in 2004 for renovations.
This resort trades in both RCI and II.
