Yeah.
But of course you knew I would say that!
You really don't know Cherokee Village?
If I'm not mistaken, it was Cooper's first Arkansas retirement development, long ago turned over to the owners. It was done so long ago that it does not even appear on their web-site.
They have also done Bella Vista, Cross Creek, Hot Springs Village, Stonebridge, Tellico Village, and Gulf Shores Peninsula.

We have not stayed there, but we have golfed there and have taken a look at their timeshare units. We did that at one of our vacations at Crown Point in Horseshoe Bend, just down the road a piece.
Needless to say, the units are older, but they were nice, comfortable, and peaceful. The one we were in smelled like smoke from the wood-burning fire place. If you want to spend a week doing very little, that is a nice place to do it. There are also lakes there.
If it were me and mine, I would put us into Crown Point instead. They have a nice indoor pool and recreation facility, a decent 600-acre lake, and more reasonable golf at Turkey Mountain Country Club. There are two Crown Points sharing the same common amenities. One is a Gold Crown and one is not. It has to do with how the units are furnished. The Gold Crown includes some nice log duplexes and free-standing houses.
Another nice northern Arkansas resort with a lot of peace and quiet is Table Rock Landing at Holiday Island. We have toured those units and they are among the nicest we have seen anywhere.
It is situated on the island, with access to the headwaters of Table Rock Lake. Beaver Lake is above the dam, not far away. Unless they have changed their policy, you get unlimited free golf during your week. There is a regulation course off the island and an executive course on the island, not far from the resort. You also have access to the recreation facility, but we have never been in it.
The resort is ten miles from Eureka Springs, around 30 miles from all of the shopping and restaurants of NW Arkansas, about 60 miles from Branson, and 30 miles from our front door.RCI Member Since 24-Aug-1989/150-plus Exchanges***THE TIMESHARE GRIM REAPER~~~Exchanging/Searching/SW Florida/MO/AR/IA/Consumer Advocacy/Estate Planning/Sports/Boating/Fishing/Golf/Lake-living/Retirement****Sometimes ya just gotta be a dick
