    We loved it there.
    A great location.
Parking is expensive, we had to park in a garage several blocks away.
Daily maid service for towel exchange and trash pick up plus a mid week cleaning were nice features.

We're headed there this month, from the 20th to the 27th. I hope it will be in the high 70s to 80s while we're there!

If you like oysters, I can recommend Cochon's wood-fired oysters. Also, Dante's Kitchen, out in the Carrollton area, is a new discovery of mine that has amazing, high-quality food at about half the price of other restaurants that serve similar food. And the good thing is that it's open on Sundays, when a lot of the other top restaurants are closed.

It's so nice to see these references to my nephew's place. Stephen and co-owner, Donald Link have done a great job.

Yes. You notice I added it to my list of recommended places in May 2009.

I also think I'm going to try some new places when I am there at the end of April. Willie Mae's Scotch House supposedly serves the best fried chicken in town, and Liuzza's By the Track is claimed to have the best Roast Beef Po'Boys and Mudslides. So, they're on the list.

I think the Marriott has parking or you might be able to get a spot on Canal St
