Village by the Gulf has several summer and other red weeks for sale. Prices start at $500 and go up. These are all 2 and 3 bedroom units and are across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. I have owned there for about 20 years. I have received wonderful trades for my units which are NOT summer weeks. PFD is excellent at about 45K for the 2 bedroom and 49K for the 3 bedroom.
