The Carolina Club, HHI ?
Has anyone stayed at The Carolina Cub Resort on Hilton Head Island? If so, what did you think? How far is it from the beach? And how far is it from the Hilton Hotel?

We stayed there about 6 years ago, in a 3BR 3 1/2 bath 2 level attached townhouse. (we = DH, me, DS 11 and DD 9)
I've read that the units have been updated since then, but they were already very nice back then.
It's in Shipyard Plantation and an easy 15 minute walk to the Crowne Plaza where you can enter the beach. There's limited parking there as well but you need to get there early to get a decent spot. The kids biked it - the unit had a shed with 2 beach bikes.
It's also a quick drive to Coligny Circle and the public beach entrance.

Sorry, no idea where the Hilton Hotel is so can't answer that.
