Any Timeshares on Hilton Head that ONLY have 3 bedrooms?

I want to put ongoing requests in RCI and Interval and I'm wondering if there are any timeshares on Hilton Head Island that ONLY have 3 bedroom units? It'll make my search so much easier if I can just narrow it down that way.

If not, any timeshares that are 2 bedroom, at mimimum?

Port O'Call has three bedrooms, but also 1s and 2s.

Royal Dunes is all 3s.

There are a number of "minimum 2s" - all the Marriotts. Surfwatch also has 3s (but may have lockoff 1 bedrooms, not sure).

Spicebush and Swallowtail (ex-Marriotts) trade through RCI and are all spacious 2s.

Both the II and RCI Resort Directories list the unit sizes available at the resort, so you can see the smallest unit size you might get.

It's annoying that RCI doesn't let you specify unit size minimums for each part of an ongoing search.

True in II, but not RCI - for the most part. You should be able to select the unit size you want at the bottom of the page just above the checkin days. But it will apply to all searches - the two regional plus the resort specific ones - if you are using them.

We enjoyed Royal Dunes a few years ago. The staff was fantastic and the units were nice. Two masters and a small third bedroom with twin beds.

It is a short walk to the beach.

Owners Club HHI... 3 BR Cottages

The Owners Club of Hilton Head has three bedroom cottages...3BR, Great Room...(combo living room and dinning room... ) Recommend this highly. However it is Golf vs. Beach oriented... although you can get to the beach very easily... Have a great trip.
