and probably forever! there is bad will between Beaver Forest and Coosawattee River Resort Assn. CRRA owns the land on which BF sits, the roads, the pools, the gates. BF lost a suit against CRRA, and this is probably a squeeze-play now. -ken

Yes it was. Reason being the very reasonable BF mf ($425) was not all the mf's. CRRA wanted another $375 for the roads, bridges, gates, pools, etc. This is entirely reasonable for a homeowner (there are 100s of single family homes on this property) that stays there year around. But it's the same cost for a TS owner who's there 1 wk/yr. ----ken

they already did the lawyer and court bit-- and (unbelievably) lost. the property owners have a lot more money than the TS owners. if you're still interested in that area (which is really nice) you might look at Petit Crest, which is the closest TS (Marble Hill). -------ken
