Anyone have any information about Festiva
Peppertree Atlantic Beach in North Carolina

Any refurbishments and or new furnishings?
Any new appliances or televisions?
What has been completed in the past year?
Any special building/unit location to ask for?

Festiva Management Group was able to obtain
a provisional RCI Silver Crown rating for 2012.
Problems with the wi-fi system have impacted their ratings.

Back in February 19, 2011 - Board of Directors’ Meeting
stated: HOA inventory has been placed with Expedia.com
for rental with a two night minimum @ a rate of $69 per night.
